Card and bank payments are processed through Paystack. All amounts are in Nigerian naira. These fees form part of the Terms & Conditions, which take precedence if this summary ever falls out of date.
What you get for it
The commission covers the parts that make hiring a stranger reasonable: provider verification before anyone can take work, payments held until the job is confirmed complete, a dispute process with a human mediator, and the AI assistant that finds providers and collects offers for you across web, app and WhatsApp.
Providers get listings, a bookings calendar, a showcase for completed work, a wallet with bank withdrawals, and inbound service requests from clients actively looking — none of which carry a listing fee.
